Opposite the building is the beautiful Annie M.G. Schmidt Park, which is easily accessible thanks to a cycle bridge (which starts next to the property). Other important amenities are also within easy reach. For example, you cycle in five minutes to the pleasant village centre, where you can shop in various supermarkets and shops. There are also several primary schools within short walking or cycling distance. Accessibility is also good, as there are several bus stops within a radius of a few hundred metres. There, you benefit from good bus connections to Berkel en Rodenrijs, Zoetermeer and Rotterdam, for example.
The housing complex itself was built in 2019 and is therefore still in excellent condition. This is evident from the fact that all flats have been awarded energy label A.
