Detached houses in Berkel en Rodenrijs
With an average of 125 m², the 48 detached houses are extremely spacious and, moreover, luxurious. The three bedrooms and an attic room with a south-facing skylight offer plenty of space for the whole family and, if required, a home office. Prices range from €1,050 to €1,350. For this, you get, amongst other things, a fully fitted, open-plan Keller kitchen, equipped with Siemens built-in appliances and a choice between a corner, parallel or island layout. The modern, fully fitted bathroom, complete with a second toilet, bath and separate shower, is the perfect place to relax. Sliding glass doors lead out into the back garden. In types A and B – which make up the majority of the homes – you can sit here peacefully by the water near the fishing jetty.

The homes are fitted with solar panels and green roofs on the external storage sheds.

Rotterdam & The Hague just around the corner
The three peninsulas on which the corner and terraced houses are situated are easily accessible. Within five minutes’ walk along Oosterscheldestraat, you’ll reach the bus stop where you can catch bus 574. This will take you to the Berkel Westpolder metro station, amongst other destinations, or you can cycle there in five minutes. The metro takes you in all directions: Rotterdam and The Hague are practically just round the corner! And you can get on the road quickly by car too. Berkel en Rodenrijs is situated right between the A4, A12 and A20 motorways. You’ll be on your way in no time via the A-roads.

Berkel Shopping Centre within cycling distance
With the major cities nearby, you’ll have plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach. But for your daily shopping, you can also simply pop into Berkel en Rodenrijs itself. Just a 7-minute cycle away, you can do your shopping at the Albert Heijn or one of the other shops in the Berkel Shopping Centre. There are also plenty of schools and childcare centres in the neighbourhood, making the Eilanden van Berkel ideal for families. You won’t have to look far for sports either, as alongside all the gyms in Berkel en Rodenrijs, you’ll find several sports clubs at the Oostmeerhal. And it’s all within walking distance. You can even see the sports fields from your fishing jetty!
