Berkel en Rodenrijs is right in between the A4, A12 and A20 motorways. Via the provincial roads, you'll be on your way in no time.

Berkel shopping centre at cycling distance
With the big cities nearby, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within easy reach. But you can also go to Berkel en Rodenrijs itself for your daily shopping. At 7 minutes' cycling distance, you can do your shopping at the Albert Heijn supermarket or one of the other shops in the Berkel shopping centre. There are also plenty of schools and childcare facilities nearby, which makes the Eilanden van Berkel extremely suitable for families. You don't have to look far for sports either, because in addition to all the sports schools in Berkel en Rodenrijs, the Oostmeerhal has several sports clubs. And all within walking distance. You can already see the sports fields from your fishing pier!
