Berkel-Enschot, formed from the two former (farming) villages Berkel and Enschot, belongs to the municipality of Tilburg and is somewhat separated on the east side of this city. Berkel-Enschot is a beautiful Brabant village for those who want to live, work, shop and recreate attractively. The subarea Dorpshart forms the cosy village centre: inviting catering establishments and atmospheric shopping streets. Beautiful running paths allow you to see nature up close, around the corner is a large recreational lake with a beach club and there are various sports clubs.
In the immediate vicinity of Berkel-Enschot, you can cycle or walk straight into the countryside. With Tilburg around the corner, there is always a wide range of shops, culture and restaurants within reach! So if you want to get out and about, Tilburg is the place to be.

Together with the neighbourhoods Enschotsebaan, Koningsoord and Akker/Heikant, Hoge Hoek forms De Overhoeken residential area. Characteristic of Hoge Hoek is its village-like construction. The neighbourhood consists of many different types of houses: blocks of houses, semi-detached houses and the occasional detached house, each with a different architecture. The neighbourhood is green. This is reinforced by the obligatory presence of hedges at the front and/or side of the houses. The public area has lawns and playgrounds for children.
To emphasise the village character, the streets are narrow and public parking facilities are limited. All residents have their own parking space belonging to the house, mostly located in parking courts at the rear of the house.

The single-family homes have a living room with on kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen appliances. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. The 2nd floor, obviously accessible via a fixed staircase, is an open loft, where you can create a 4 bedroom if you wish. Also on this floor are the connections for the washing machine and dryer.
The patio houses have 2 bedrooms, of which one is on the ground floor. on both floors these houses have a shower room.
