Waterdonken West: the best of both worlds!

Breda is a combination of ‘Brede’ and ‘Aa’, meaning ‘wide water’. This is because the River Aa widened at the point where it flowed into the River Mark. Thanks to its historical ties with the House of Nassau, Breda is also known as an ‘Oranje city’.

Breda is also known as ‘The Little Hague of the South’, which is understandable when you consider its countless listed buildings, museums and upmarket shopping districts. The city hosts many cultural events, and its vibrant nightlife offers variety and entertainment for everyone. There is a wide range of primary and secondary schools, an excellent infrastructure and public transport. The Church of Our Lady, the Beguinage, Bouvigne Castle, the Grote Markt, the Chassé Theatre and the Breda Museum; you’ll never be bored in this city.

On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). The attic – accessible via a fixed staircase – can be arranged as required and offers the potential for an extra room.
