Brielle's history is well preserved. From the air, this star-shaped fortress with its nine bastions and wide moat surrounding the old town centre can be seen beautifully. Brielle has an attractive, car-free town centre with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and other amenities. Various catering establishments can be found on squares and in the cosy streets. MVGM lets spacious family homes on Brielse Rak and Krammer streets in the Nieuwland district. The neighbourhood is located on the south-east side of Brielle's core. From Nieuwland, you can cycle to the heart of Brielle in just a few minutes. There, you will find a wide range of shops. At a short distance from the Nieuwland district, a number of national supermarket chains have branches where you can go for daily shopping.

MVGM leases 28 spacious single-family houses on large plots. There is one house type: house type 600 (with a width of 6 metres). The homes have a user area of about 139 m2. Most of the houses are semi-detached houses with garage.

On the ground floor, you enter via the entrance hall where the toilet and staircase are located. The Z-shaped living room has a semi-open kitchen with built-in appliances. Through a sliding door you walk into the back garden. Ideally, the storage room is accessible from the kitchen and the garden. In the storage room there are connections for the washing machine and dryer.

On the 1st floor, you have access to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom fitted with a bath or shower, two washbasins and 2nd toilet. On the 2nd floor there is a 4th bedroom, with dormer window and storage space. Here you will also find an extra shower room (with washbasin).

The houses will be made more sustainable in 2023 and have, among other things, solar panels.
