The Nieuwland-Oost district honours Brielle's history. The many colours make it a varied area and give each house an individual character. The richly variegated façade walls are clearly inspired by the historical core and thus connect to the inner city of Brielle both literally and figuratively. Indeed, the historic core is just a stone's throw away from this housing complex. MVGM is letting a total of 12 homes in a small-scale housing complex in Nieuwland-Oost. The housing type, called the Clipper, is of the single-family house type and equipped with all amenities, spread over three floors. The Clipper has a spacious living room and a luxury fully equipped kitchen. On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms and a shower room with 2nd toilet. A fixed staircase gives access to the attic.
Due to the varying façade appearance, the houses have a living area of 131 or 134 m2.
The single-family houses are oriented towards the garden. This means that the living room is at the rear of the house and the kitchen at the front. French doors give access to the garden, which also has a bicycle shed. The windows allow for optimal light throughout the house.
Parking is available on public property, also directly in front of the house.
