From Kleine Goote you can cycle to the heart of Brielle in just a few minutes. Residents of Kleine Goote have access to amenities in the Zuurland neighborhood. Schools and stores are all nearby.

There are two housing types: housing type 570 (with a nave size/house width of 5.7 meters) and housing type 600 (with a nave size/house width of 6 meters). Some type 600 homes have a garage.
On the first floor, the houses are largely the same in terms of layout. You enter through the entrance hall where the toilet and staircase are located. The Z-shaped living room has an open kitchen with built-in appliances. Through sliding doors you walk into the backyard. Ideal is the storage room which is accessible from the kitchen and the garden. In the shed are the connections for the washer and dryer.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. Type 570 has a shower room (with washbasin and 2nd toilet). House type 600 has a bath or shower, two sinks and 2nd toilet.
On the 2nd floor there is a 4th room, with dormer window and storage space. Dwelling type 600 also has an additional shower room (with sink).

The houses are preserved in 2022 and include solar panels.
