Brielle’s history has been well preserved. Viewed from the air, this star-shaped fortress, with its nine bastions and the wide moat surrounding the old town centre, is a sight to behold. Brielle has a charming, car-free town centre with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and other amenities. From Kleine Goote, you can cycle to the heart of Brielle in just a few minutes. Residents of Kleine Goote have access to amenities in the Zuurland neighbourhood. Schools and shops are all nearby.

There are two property types: property type 570 (with a frontage of 5.7 metres) and property type 600 (with a frontage of 6 metres). Some Type 600 homes have a garage.
On the ground floor, the homes are largely similar in layout. You enter via the entrance hall, where the toilet and staircase are located. The Z-shaped living room has a semi-open-plan kitchen fitted with built-in appliances. Sliding glass doors lead out into the back garden. The storage room, which is accessible from both the kitchen and the garden, is particularly handy. The storage room houses the connections for the washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms. Property type 570 has a shower room (with a washbasin and a second toilet). Property type 600 has a bath or shower, two washbasins and a second toilet.
On the second floor, there is a fourth room, with a dormer window and a storage area. Property type 600 also features an additional shower room (with a washbasin).

The properties were upgraded to improve sustainability in 2022 and are fitted with solar panels, amongst other features.
