Entrance
The flats are situated on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of Blue. You can reach the flats by lift or stairs. The first room in the flats is the hallway. The hallway leads to a storage room, a separate toilet, a bathroom and bedroom(s).

Storage room
The storage room contains the connections for the washing machine and tumble dryer. The heating system is also housed here.

Toilet
The separate toilet is fully tiled, giving it a luxurious feel. In addition to the wall-hung toilet itself, there is also a small washbasin for washing your hands.

Bathroom
The bathroom is the final feature in the apartments’ hallway. Just like the toilet, the bathroom has a luxurious feel. It features a spacious walk-in shower and a washbasin with a mirror.

Bedroom(s)
This type of flat comes in various layouts in terms of bedrooms. There are flats with one bedroom, as well as those with two and even three bedrooms.

Living room and kitchen
The living rooms in the flats are spacious and very light thanks to the large windows. On one side of the living room is the corner kitchen and on the other side the balcony. The kitchens in the flats are L-shaped and include the following appliances:

Balcony
The orientation of the balcony varies from flat to flat. The balconies face west, east or south-east, so you can at least enjoy the morning sun! Would you like to spend more time in the sun? Then you’re always welcome to use the communal courtyard garden. This is a lovely butterfly garden, with a winding path running through it. A lovely, playful spot to get some fresh air or enjoy the sun.

Ventilation
The maisonettes are fitted with mechanical ventilation, which is automatically controlled. This is very convenient, as it means you only need to turn up the ventilation using the switch when you’re cooking or having a long shower.

Low energy bills
Blue was built in 2021 with a strong focus on sustainability. This means your monthly energy bills will be nice and low, as all the flats have an energy rating of A and are well insulated. There are communal solar panels on the roof, which provide some of the electricity for the flats.

A park right on your doorstep
The flats are situated right next to the new Van Leeuwenhoekpark. This park is 600 metres long. It’s unique because it’s situated on the roof of the railway tunnel!

The choice of amenities is overwhelming!
As we’ve mentioned before: you’ll be living right in the heart of Nieuw Delft. This means you’ll have access to every amenity you can imagine in the city centre! There are shopping centres, other shops, supermarkets and medical facilities, all within walking distance!

Accessibility
Because you live so centrally, you can basically do everything on foot or by bike! But should you need to travel further afield, you also have excellent public transport links. At Blue, you’ll be living just 500 metres from Delft Central Station. From this station, you can travel by train throughout the country! It’s also a great location for driving. You’ll be on the motorway in just a 6-minute drive.
