Living in the Blue complex means living in a beautiful apartment complex right in the historic centre of Nieuw Delft! Blue is one of the 5 residential blocks of the overall project called Guldenwater in Delft. You will recognise Blue by its light-coloured facade, on the left-hand side of the total project.

If you come to live in this complex, you can use the communal courtyard garden. This is a beautiful butterfly garden, with a winding path running through it. A nice and playful place to get some fresh air or enjoy the sun.

Sustainable living
Blue was built in 2021 with great attention to sustainability. For example, your monthly energy bill is nice and low because all homes have energy label A and are well insulated. There are communal solar panels on the roof, which partly supply the flats with electricity.

Living in Nieuw Delft
Nieuw Delft is a new, vibrant and modern part of Delft. In this district, the various parts of the city of Delft come together, including the beautiful historic buildings and canals.

Typical Delft
With its historic city centre, Delft has a beautiful setting for a day of shopping, afternoon on the terraces or an evening out for dinner. Famous for Delft blue, the Master of Light Vermeer and its connection with the House of Orange, Delft is full of cultural attractions. So you have a wide choice of museums, churches and other monuments. The compact city centre is perfect for exploring on foot. With its canals, centuries-old facades and cosy squares, it is great to wander around.

A park next door
In Blue, you live right next to the new Van Leeuwenhoekpark city park. This is a park 600 metres long. It is unique because it is located on the roof of the railway tunnel!

Choice of amenities is overwhelming!
We mentioned earlier: You live in the middle of the city centre in New Delft. This therefore includes all the amenities you can think of in the city centre! So you have a shopping centre, other shops, supermarkets and medical facilities, all within walking distance!

Accessibility
Because you live so centrally, you can basically do everything on foot or by bike! But if you do need to travel further, Blue also has excellent public transport connections. After all, Blue is only 500 metres from Delft Central Station. At this station, you can travel across the country by train! It is also a fine location by car. In just 6 minutes' drive you are already on the motorway.
