A special complex with a new form of housing on the Röntgenweg, southeast of the city centre. The flats range in size from around 50 m² to 116 m². In total, there are 94 rental flats in an ideal location. Whether you live alone, with your family, partner, faithful four-legged friend or a combination of these. At The Family, everyone feels at home!

The Family is a sustainable residential building. Each flat has a ground source heat pump, rainwater is buffered on the green roofs and energy comes from solar panels on the roof of the tower.

In addition, the complex has a mobility hub for e-bikes (bicycles and cargo bikes) and electric scooters. Convenient for when you don't feel like taking to the streets on your regular city bike. Moreover, you can always store your own bike in the shared bike shed. So your steel steed is always safe.
