The Family is a sustainable residential building. Each flat has a ground source heat pump, rainwater is buffered on the green roofs and energy comes from solar panels on the roof of the tower.

In addition, the complex has a mobility hub for e-bikes (bicycles and cargo bikes) and electric scooters. Easy for when you don't feel like taking to the streets on your regular city bike. Moreover, you can always store your own bike in the shared bike shed. So your steel steed is always safe.
