In the city of Delft, Prince of Delft is the new landmark building on Delflandplein. Some think it is a modern building, others elegant or sturdy
In Prince of Delft, you will never be bored. The various communal areas and facilities ensure that you can do as you please. Fancy a fresh cup of coffee? You can get it on the ground floor! A (lunch) café will be built there especially for lovers. To make things extra easy for you, we will also have a launderette in the building. In the Netherlands, we have a favourite means of transport: the bicycle. So we will generously guard these in our large bicycle shed.

Of course, we have also thought about the social butterflies among us. They can relax in the common living room, the ideal place to meet your neighbours. In addition, this space offers the opportunity to develop your gaming skills. Think of a variety of (board) games you can play there with your friends.

Don't wait any longer and act now. The construction of this unique new residential area has already started. As it looks now, the flats will be completed around May/June 2023 and tenants will get the keys.
