Independent living in a modern complex at a central location in the student city of Delft
Are you studying in Delft and looking for nice, independent accommodation? Then go for one of the studios in the modern residential complex De Next Level. Built in 2008, this complex is located on Duke Ellingtonstraat in the attractive Buitenhof district in the south-west of the city. You live here in a relatively quiet location, but close to all essential amenities. For example, the large indoor De Hoven shopping centre is a stone's throw away and the colleges, the Technical University, the central train station and the lively city centre can be reached in less than ten minutes by bike.

Above the sports hall, 88 modern studios have been fitted between the second and eighth floors. By far the majority of studios have a size of around 30 square metres. There are also some studios that are a bit larger, with 47 square metres being the maximum. In some of the larger ones, the kitchen is in a secluded room. Whichever studio you choose, they are all large enough to divide up the space via, for example, cupboards or partitions, so that you create a separate living, dining, study and/or sleeping area. Furthermore, the residences all have a separate bathroom (with toilet, washbasin and walk-in shower) and, thanks to the excellent insulation (energy label A!), there is no need to heat much.
