Furthermore, each building has its own communal entrance on the attractive courtyard belonging to this complex. Underground, you will also find a parking garage and storage areas, all directly accessible from the residential building. Finally, there is a communal garden with some shops and terraces, for that extra bit of liveliness.

The car park has an associated parking space. This parking space comes with an associated rental fee: €115,- + €12,- service costs. It is therefore not possible to rent just the flat without a parking space.
