Adagio has no fewer than 27 storeys, across which the 268 flats are spread. The higher up you live, the further your view stretches. Each floor has a maximum of 10 flats, but you’ll only share the landing on your floor with four other residents. The positioning of the two stairwells with lifts effectively splits the building in two. Spacious living with an intimate feel.

There are many different types of flats. You can choose a corner flat with a distinctive sloping corner, a middle flat, a penthouse or a top-floor flat. The floor areas of the flats range from 55 m² to 155 m². The flats have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and always feature a lovely outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace. Each flat also comes with a storage room where you can park your bike.

Parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of Adagio and can be hired through a third party. You can also store your bicycle in the parking garage via the entrance on the Amare side. Ideal if you live in the city.

Renting at Adagio means choosing quality. The kitchen is modern and luxurious. It features a black composite worktop incorporating a stainless steel sink with mixer tap and an induction hob. The combi oven is fitted in the tall kitchen cupboard above the fridge (with freezer compartment). Naturally, a dishwasher and a stainless steel recirculating cooker hood are also provided. All appliances are by ATAG. As an added bonus, LED lighting is fitted beneath the three wall units with shelves.
