Description
Adagio has no fewer than 27 floors over which the 268 flats are spread. The higher you live, the further away you look. Each floor has a maximum of 10 flats, but you only share the hall on your floor with 4 others. The position of the two stairwells with lift means the building is split, so to speak. Grand living with an intimate feel.
There are many different types of flats. You can choose a corner flat with a special bevelled corner, an intermediate flat, a penthouse or a top flat. The surface areas of the flats range from 55 m² to 155 m². The flats have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and always a nice outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace. The apartment also always comes with a storage room where you can park your bike.
Parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of Adagio and can be rented through a third party. You can also park your bicycle in the storage garage via the entrance on the Amare side. Ideal if you live in the city.
Renting in Adagio equals choosing quality. The kitchen is modern and luxurious. The kitchen has a black composite worktop that incorporates the stainless steel sink with mixer tap and induction hob. The combination oven is placed in the high kitchen cabinet above the fridge (with freezer compartment). Naturally, a dishwasher and stainless steel recirculation hood are also provided. All appliances are from ATAG. As an extra, LED lighting is included under the three upper cabinets with shelves.
Both the bathroom and the toilet get white wall tiles and light grey floor tiles. The washbasin cabinet, toilet and fountain are from the beautiful Geberit Icon series. The walk-in shower has hard-glass shower walls and/or shower door. As you might expect, the taps are from quality brand Hans Grohe.
