At Sonate City Apartments, you can feel the rhythm of the city – the royal capital, the city behind the dunes, a city where you’ll feel completely at home. From the 3rd to the 27th floor, you’ll find 188 modern flats. Right at the top, you can look out over the sea and you might even be able to see Rotterdam. At Sonate City Apartments, 12 different flat types are arranged in ascending order, like a musical scale. From 2 to 3 rooms and from low to high, here you’ll find the flat that suits your lifestyle.

All apartments are beautifully finished and feature a Bribus kitchen with Siemens appliances: a dishwasher, combi oven, induction hob, extractor hood and fridge are all ready and waiting for you. The larger apartments even feature a Quooker. [MvL1.1]The bathroom and sanitary fittings also exude luxury. Gleaming white tiles run up to the ceiling in the bathroom and to a height of approximately 90 cm in the toilets. The floor is laid with grey tiles, which perfectly complete the clean look. The walls in some flats have been painted, and the flooring [MvL2.1] is already in place. All flats are also fitted with underfloor heating and cooling. As soon as you step inside, you can live completely carefree.

Each flat comes with its own outdoor space. The terraces of the larger flats will be finished with wooden decking, and privacy screens will be installed between the balconies where necessary. Looking for the perfect flat to share or simply to have all to yourself? The D Apartments measure 57 m² and feature a cosy bedroom with access to the balcony. This faces north-west and measures a generous 11 m². The spacious living room includes an open-plan kitchen with modern built-in appliances.

Through the central hall and corridor in the flat, you can access all the other rooms: the bedroom, a storage room with a washing machine connection and a separate toilet, as well as the utility room and the bathroom with a washbasin and walk-in shower. The D Apartments are situated on floors 3 to 24, so whether you prefer to live on a lower or higher floor, you’re sure to feel at home here

Sonate City Apartments: the building
The rental flats at Sonate City Apartments extend up to the 27th floor. But there’s much more you need to know about the building. For instance, you’ll find the beautifully high-ceilinged and luxurious entrance, finished in natural stone, on Spuistraat. Step inside and you’ll find the two lifts and the stairwell. The entrance also features the MyPup Pick Up Point, where a regular, trusted courier can deliver and collect all your parcels [MvL3.1] without you needing to be at home.

A temporary steel staircase leads to the cycle storage area on the first floor; the permanent staircase will be installed at a later date. From the storage area, you can reach your flat in no time by stairs or lift. On the second floor, you’ll soon find all sorts of commercial spaces, and the flats begin on the third floor. Solar panels will be installed on the very top of the roof to provide energy for the communal areas.
