Sonate City Apartments' rental flats do go up to the 27th floor. But there is much more you need to know about the building. For instance, you'll find the beautifully tall and luxurious, stone-finished entrance on Spuistraat. Step inside and you'll reach the two lifts and the stairwell. Also at the entrance will be the MyPup Pick Up Point, where a regular and trusted courier can deliver and pick up all your parcels [MvL3.1]without having to be at home.

You can reach the bicycle storage on the first floor via a temporary steel bored staircase; the permanent entrance will be created later. From the storage area, you can reach your flat by stairs or lift. On the second floor you will soon find all kinds of commercial spaces and from the third floor onwards the flats will start. At the very top of the roof will be solar panels, which will regulate the energy supply in the common areas.

At around 114 m², the B Apartments are the very largest in Sonate City Apartments.
