Groot Hertogin
With 44 different layouts and living areas ranging from 50 to 120 m², Groot Hertogin offers something for everyone. The addition of a top floor has created luxury penthouses. On the ground floor, you’ll find terrace flats, each with their own entrance and bedrooms in the basement. However, the flats on the intermediate floors also feature outdoor space. And, of course, your flat comes with a parking space on the private grounds.

The standard of finish is high: not only is everything brand new, but quality has also been a priority. You will therefore have access to a luxury kitchen with ATAG built-in appliances and a tastefully fitted bathroom. Groot Hertogin comprises six above-ground floors and a semi-sunken basement. Two lifts lead from the main entrance to the various floors.

Surrounding the building is an enclosed car park. One car may be parked here per flat (no fixed parking space). Visitors can park in the immediate vicinity. Naturally, there is a bicycle storage area, and in the basement there is a private, lockable storage room for each flat.

Pleased to meet you. +James is the personal assistant assigned to your flat at Groot Hertogin. A familiar face, he makes living at Groot Hertogin just as it should be. +James fixes that leaking tap, keeps unwanted visitors out and ensures the building remains clean, intact and safe. In addition, +James is on hand to carry out building rounds, perform maintenance tasks, identify building faults and (where possible) resolve them.
You can keep up to date with the latest news via the +James app. The app takes you straight to the timeline – also known as Groot Hertogin’s digital living room. Here, you can post messages yourself and reply to posts from fellow residents. Under the ‘News’ section, you’ll find everything about maintenance work, local hotspots and the neighbourhood get-togethers organised by +James. Last but not least: in the +James app, you can book services to make your life easier. From balcony cleaning to babysitting, +James takes care of it.
