The Operette
The project has 30 rental flats spread over four floors. You can choose from 6 different types of 3- or 4-room flats ranging from 77 to 115 m2. Rental prices range from € 815 to € 1,095 excluding service charges.
All flats are spacious and have a balcony. The flats are also luxuriously finished. The bathroom is fitted with nice sanitary ware and the kitchen with all the necessary built-in appliances, namely a dishwasher, combi-oven, fridge with freezer, gas cooker and cooker hood.
Underneath the building are the private storage rooms, for example for your bicycle. From the storeroom, the flat can be reached via a lift. Parking has also been thought of. A parking space has already been reserved for the 4-room flats. For the 3-bedroom flats, a parking space can optionally be rented in the adjacent building for € 59.76 per month.

Location
The Operette flat block will be built on Robert Stolzplantsoen in The Hague, at the end of Laan van Meerdervoort towards Kijkduin.
The location is very convenient, with all amenities within easy reach. For daily shopping, you can go to the Waldeck shopping centre, located just a few hundred metres away. The indoor shopping centre De Savornin Lohmanplein is also close by.
If you love nature, this is the perfect location, close to the beach, dunes and sea. Seaside resort Kijkduin is located about 2 km away. For a nice walk you can go to the parks Meer en Bos, Bosjes van Pex or the Westduinpark.
The location is easily accessible both by car and public transport. There are excellent tram and bus connections with stops at Laan van Meerdervoort. By public transport, you can reach the centre of The Hague within half an hour. By car, you can reach the S200 motorway via Laan van Meerdervoort, which connects to the A4 motorway. Finally, a swimming pool, a gym and football pitches are located a little further away.
