The location
De Morgenzon is located in the colourful Transvaal district of The Hague. This part of the district has seen major investments in new housing in recent years. De Morgenzon is located opposite the striking new De Oriënt housing project. A little further on are the new homes of Via Salsa and Cabo Verde. These new construction projects have created a varied housing supply and population composition in the neighbourhood. De Morgenzon is the capstone of this large-scale renewal.

The project

The rental homes
The single-family homes in De Morgenzon are three-storey houses with five or six rooms. Each home has a garden with private storage.
