Drunen is located between the cities of Tilburg/Waalwijk and 's-Hertogenbosch. Drunen is part of the municipality of Heusden (cores Heusden, Drunen and Vlijmen).

This neighbourhood dates from the 1980s and is located south-west of Drunen city centre. A primary school and a supermarket are within walking distance of the homes. The centre of Drunen is about 1.3 kilometres (by car) or a 15-minute walk away.
Drunen is located on the A59 motorway near 's-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg and Breda. The nearby A2 provides a good connection towards Utrecht and Eindhoven.

Living space is very important. You will find plenty of it in the house. A large living/dining room and a semi-open kitchen at the rear. A sliding door gives access to the terrace and the back garden.
