The twenty classic Yorkshire-type homes are located on the edge of the Peizermade, one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Groningen South. This name is reminiscent of the English country houses of yesteryear and anyone who takes a closer look at the houses will certainly see this. Type Yorkshire has the specific design of a classic villa with two spacious houses under one roof.

The Yorkshire type has two variants.

Variant 1:
You enter the houses via a paved driveway. In the spacious hall there is a toilet, a spacious wardrobe and the stairs to the floors. The large room of approximately 12.5 meters long is divided into two. On the street side is the spacious living room of approximately 27 m2 with a cozy bay window with a large window. In the corner of the living room, the sitting area, there are two more windows. On the garden side of the room is a large kitchen/diner of approximately 18 m2. The kitchen unit with equipment is somewhat 'deepened' into the wall, creating even more space in the kitchen/diner. Through a door in the kitchen you can enter the utility room, which in turn is connected to the garage and storage room.

Variant 2:
The entrance to the house is the same as that of variant 1, with a spacious hall, a toilet, large hanging cupboard and stairs to the floors. The layout of the large room, approximately 12.5 meters long, is exactly the opposite of variant 1. The sitting room is located on the garden and the kitchen/diner is on the street side. The kitchen-diner in this variant is very spacious and can therefore be seen more as a kitchen-diner with a large bay window and two cozy side windows.
This variant does not have a garage or utility room, because it has been added to the kitchen/diner. This creates a very spacious living room of approximately 26 m2.

On the first floor of both variants there is a spacious landing where the three bedrooms and the bathroom are adjacent. The largest bedroom is approximately 18 m2 and is located at the front of the house. Next to this bedroom is a smaller bedroom of approximately 18 m2. The third bedroom of approximately 11.5 m2 is located on the quiet garden side. This room has a window that is the same size as the one at the front. The bathroom with sink, shower, toilet and bath is also located on the garden side.

The attic is on the second floor and has a large skylight, so you can use it as an extra bedroom or a study.
