In the Acht neighbourhood (and former parish village), north-west of Eindhoven city centre, MVGM Wonen lets semi-bungalows. These semi-bungalows are ideally suited to people who wish to downsize but still want the benefit of a full-sized home. As the main facilities (master bedroom and bathroom) are situated on the ground floor, the homes are excellent, though not necessarily suitable for older people.

The neighbourhood in which the homes are situated is a world away from anything urban. No high-rise buildings, just the characteristic charm of a secluded villa village. The neighbourhood offers a limited number of amenities, but the excellent infrastructure of the municipality of Eindhoven means that all the amenities associated with the fifth-largest city in the Netherlands are easily accessible. You can reach the centre of Eindhoven by car in 15 minutes, or by bike in about 20 minutes. Acht is situated a short distance from the A2 (Maastricht – Amsterdam) and the A58 (Eindhoven – Vlissingen).

The ground floor has a floor area of approx. 120 m², including the garage, which is part of the property and accessible from inside the house. The first floor has a floor area of approx. 30 m².

The entrance hall, which houses the toilet and the staircase to the first floor, leads into the living/dining room (approx. 38 m²). The open-plan corner kitchen is situated at the rear of the property; this kitchen is fitted with appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a combination microwave. Via the hallway near the kitchen, you reach the utility room, a spacious master bedroom (overlooking the garden), a second bedroom or study, and the bathroom, which is fitted with a bath, a shower cubicle and two washbasins
The first floor is also fully furnished. The spacious room can be used as a hobby room or guest room. There is a separate shower room.
