In the Acht district (and former church village), northwest of Eindhoven's city centre, MVGM Wonen rents out semibungalows. These semibungalows are ideally suited to people who want to live a little smaller, but still have access to a complete home. Because the facilities (master bedroom and bathroom) are situated on the ground floor, the houses are excellent but not necessarily suitable for senior citizens.

The surroundings in which the homes are located emphatically distance themselves from anything that smells urban. No high-rise buildings, but the characteristic charm of the secluded villa village. The neighbourhood offers a limited number of amenities, but the excellent infrastructure of the municipality of Eindhoven means that all facilities associated with the 5th largest city in the Netherlands are within easy reach. The centre of Eindhoven can be reached by car within 15 minutes, by bike in about 20 minutes. Acht is located a short distance from the A2 motorway (Maastricht - Amsterdam), the A58 (Eindhoven - Vlissingen).

The ground floor has a surface area of approx. 120 m2, including the garage belonging to and accessible from the house. The 1st floor has an area of approx. 30 m2.

The entrance to the house, where the toilet is located and the stairs to the 1st floor, gives access to the living/dining room (approx. 38 m2). The open corner kitchen is located at the rear of the house; this kitchen is equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and combination microwave. The hallway near the kitchen leads to the utility room, a spacious master bedroom (overlooking the garden), a 2nd bedroom/study and the bathroom, which has a bath, a shower and two washbasins.

The 1st floor is also fully equipped. The spacious room can be used as a hobby or guest room. There is a separate shower room.
