Gold living in Karaat. Choose between 2- and 3-room flats ranging in size from 57m² to 79m². Most flats have a balcony of over 5m², some even a roof terrace of around 12m².

The flats are equipped with a full option kitchen with built-in appliances and the interior walls are fitted with glass fleece wallpaper and are finished with a whitewashed finish. Carat is gold and this is reflected in the plastic exterior window frames, windows and doors, which are finished in a gold colour, among other things. The flats have an indoor storage room and on the ground floor you get an extra storage room for your bicycle, for example.

Experience an oasis of light. The 2-room flats are located on a corner, allowing light to enter the spacious living room from several sides. Plenty of daylight has a positive influence on your mood, so in Karaat you will go through life like sunshine!

The kitchen and living room are one unit. So you can stay in touch with your company while cooking. Nice and cosy. From the living room you step out onto the lovely balcony. Can you see yourself sitting here in the summer? The bedroom is spacious and easily fits a large double bed and one or more pieces of furniture. There is a separate toilet in the apartment.
