In the centre of Groningen, we rent 101 luxury glass flats and 3 city flats in the CiBoGa residential area on behalf of Amvest Vastgoed.
The CiBoGa residential area is part of Groningen city centre and facilities such as shops, schools and sports facilities are located nearby. The neighbourhood is designed to keep cars out of the streetscape as much as possible. Parking is available in the car park under the complex.
In Schots 1, on the corner of Korreweg, Boterdiep and Bloemsingel, we let 101 glass flats in various types. The complex consists of three towers of seven floors. The complex is fully clad, giving the glass facade a green look. The differences in transparency, reflection and mattness create a special pattern on the façade. The flats feature large floor-to-ceiling windows.
All flats are accessible by lift. Layout of glass flats (different types):
spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, separate toilet and a spacious indoor storage room. In some cases, the flat has an extra dining or study room. All flats have an indoor conservatory. The semi-open kitchen has standard equipment that allows electric cooking only.
In Schots 2 we rent 3 city flats. The flats are far from standard and have a playful and asymmetrical layout. The flats are part of a complex consisting of 44 cedar houses. The houses are fully clad with large, wooden western red cedar panels.
The maisonette residences only have a large roof terrace ( 13m2), while the 17 ground-level single-family houses on the Monnikhof all have a garden of about 50m2. Six houses have a roof terrace of about 25m2.
The property, which is located above the shopping centre, is accessible by lift.
