In the heart of the city of Groningen, we are letting glass-fronted flats, city flats and detached houses on behalf of Amvest Vastgoed in the new CiBoGa residential estate (Circus, Boden and Gasterrein).

At Schots 1, on the corner of Korreweg, Boterdiep and Bloemsingel, we are letting 101 glass-fronted flats of various types. The complex consists of three towers, each with seven storeys. The complex is fully clad, giving the glass façade a green appearance. The variations in transparency, reflection and opacity create a distinctive pattern on the façade. The flats feature large windows that extend from floor to ceiling.

All flats are accessible by lift. Layout of glass-fronted flats (various types):
a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious internal storage room. In some cases, the flat has an additional dining room or study. All flats have an internal conservatory. The semi-open kitchen has standard fittings and is equipped exclusively for electric cooking.

At Schots 2, we are letting three city apartments. The apartments are far from standard and feature a playful and asymmetrical layout. The apartments form part of a complex comprising 44 cedar-clad homes. The homes are fully clad with large Western Red Cedar panels.
The maisonette homes feature only a large roof terrace (13m²), whilst the 17 ground-floor detached houses on Monnikhof all have a garden of approximately 50m². Six of the homes have a roof terrace of approximately 25m².
