At Schots 1, on the corner of Korreweg, Boterdiep and Bloemsingel, we are letting 101 glass-fronted flats of various types. The complex consists of three towers, each with seven storeys. The complex is fully clad, giving the glass façade a green appearance. The variations in transparency, reflection and opacity create a distinctive pattern on the façade. The flats feature large windows that extend from floor to ceiling.

All flats are accessible by lift. Layout of glass-fronted flats (various types):
a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a spacious internal storage room. In some cases, the flat has an additional dining room or study.
