Noël Bakerstraat and further down the neighbourhood there are several local shops, such as a pharmacy, flower shop and bicycle specialist. For more extensive shopping, culture or an evening out, Groningen's cosy city centre, with its Martini Tower and Grote Markt, offers many possibilities. The Stadsparkwijk is located between the A7 and A28 motorways and is therefore easily accessible. Leeuwarden or the Wadden Islands are good alternatives for a day out.

- Rental period -
A tenancy agreement is entered into for at least one year and is extended indefinitely from then on. After the minimum period of 12 calendar months, a notice period of 1 calendar month applies.

- Income requirement -

* In case of 2 incomes
- In the case of two incomes, the gross annual incomes of both partners are added together to determine the joint calculation income. The test is then based on the relationship between the two partners' incomes within this joint calculation income.
- You may count both incomes at 100%, provided one of you earns at least 70% of your total joint computed income. The ratio is then 70/30 or higher (e.g. 80/20).
