What makes House of Groningen special is the way we hand over the flats. Careful thought has gone into the flats, their layout, natural light and colour scheme. Here, you get quality and a well-designed space for your money. You get quality for your money here. Because as well as a fully fitted kitchen and a beautifully fitted bathroom, the flooring is already in place and the walls are finished. Ideal if you’re just starting out – you won’t have to incur high costs straight away. Just bring in your own furniture, make it cosy and feel at home.

There are six different types of flat. The layout varies depending on the location. Most of the flats are 50 m² in size and have one bedroom. However, there are also 75 m² flats. These have two bedrooms and a balcony and are situated on the 3rd to 9th floors. The other flats have a door leading onto a French balcony, so you can always let the light, the breeze and the sun stream into your home.

House of Groningen is situated on Bessemoerpark, near Wilgenlaan, close to the Noorderplantsoen. It’s a superbly convenient location because, if you know the neighbourhood a little, you’ll realise that the Paddepoel shopping centre is literally opposite, that a 6-minute cycle takes you to a terrace in the city centre, and that you can catch a train at Groningen Station within 10 minutes.

Parking
It is not possible to apply for a parking permit or visitor’s permit from the City of Groningen as a resident of House of Groningen. The complex has on-site parking spaces available for rent. Please contact [email protected] to enquire about any available parking spaces.
