In Plaza West, you will live in a modern rental flat, in one of the beautifully designed complexes on the former PTT shipping yard. The complete kitchen with built-in appliances, comfortable bathroom and your own balcony complete the living experience. Almost all rented flats come with 1 parking space (stray space) in the relevant car park.

The modern open-plan kitchen is fitted with white cabinets and a black composite worktop. This stylish kitchen is also very functional, with induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and multifunctional oven with integrated microwave. The bathroom is timelessly finished with black speckled floor tiles and high-gloss white wall tiles up to the ceiling, and has a double sink and walk-in shower with screen.

How does the parking system work?
- Residents drive in via the normal ground-level entrance at Eijsinkweg near the Karwei DIY store. Here, your license plate number is scanned and the barrier opens. You will enter at the applicable parking rate where the first 2 hours are free. After that, the rates apply as stated on the rate boards at the entrance.

- If you continue with your car to your own parking garage of the building, your license plate will be scanned again before or inside the garage and here your license plate will be booked out in the site's system as a ground-level parker. You then pay nothing.

- If, as a resident, you decide not to drive through to your own garage but continue to park at ground level, the rates for the car park as indicated at the entrance at the barriers will apply.
- If you leave your own parking garage as a resident, the license plate number will be scanned into the system and the applicable parking rate of the ground level and the first 2 hours of free parking will apply again. If you leave within 2 hours, you do not have to pay anything. If you then stay longer than 2 hours on the ground-level area again, you will pay the applicable parking rate as stated on the rate signs at the entrance to the car park.
