To be eligible for this property, you must meet the following income requirement: For one person, the income requirement is 48 times the gross basic rent per year, with a second income being counted at 100 per cent.

How does the parking system work?
• Residents drive in via the standard entrance at ground level on Eijsinkweg, near the Karwei DIY store. Here, your number plate is scanned and the barrier opens. You will be charged the applicable parking rate, with the first 2 hours free of charge. After that, the rates shown on the rate signs at the entrance apply.
• If you drive on to your own car park within the building, your number plate will be scanned again either in front of or inside the car park, and your number plate will be logged out of the site’s system as having parked at ground level. You will then not be charged.
• If, as a resident, you decide not to drive on to your own car park but to continue parking at ground level, the car park rates as indicated at the entrance by the barriers will apply.
• If, as a resident, you leave your own car park, your number plate will be scanned again into the system and the applicable ground-level parking rate will apply, along with the first 2 hours of free parking. If you leave within 2 hours, you do not need to pay anything. If you then stay on the ground-level car park for longer than 2 hours, you will pay the applicable parking rate as stated on the rate signs at the entrance to the car park.
