Heesch is a town in the Dutch province of North Brabant, located in the Peelrand region. Originally, Heesch was an independent municipality. Since 1 January 1994, Heesch has been part of the municipality of Bernheze, which further consists of the districts Heeswijk-Dinther, Loosbroek, Nistelrode and Vorstenbosch.
The village of Heesch is one of the larger villages in the municipality of Bernheze and is a pleasant place to live, with plenty of amenities. You don't need to leave the village for daily necessities and in addition to three primary schools, there is a school for VMBO-T in Heesch. Moreover, like the other Bernheze centres, the village has an active club life.
The 't Rul district, in which the houses are located, is extremely suitable for families with children due to the presence of a primary school, an animal pasture and various playing facilities. Accessibility is good, both by car thanks to the convenient location in relation to the A59/A50 motorway and by public transport. Various bus services run to Heesch from Oss railway station.
