Lavendelhelheide/Drierivierensingel (Brouwhuis) Helmond

Helmond is renowned for its abundance of green spaces, its distinctive architecture (including, for example, the cube houses and the wide variety of residential properties in the Brandevoort neighbourhood), a wide range of shops, art and its magnificent castle. As a place to live, Helmond is also an excellent option for people who work in nearby Eindhoven!

The Brouwhuis residential area is a former independent village that has come to lie within the built-up area of Helmond as a result of the town’s urban expansion. Brouwhuis lies to the east of Helmond city centre, sandwiched between the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal, the N270 provincial road (Eindhoven – Well), the N279 provincial road (‘s-Hertogenbosch – Horn) and the Rochadeweg, which connects the N279 and the N612 Helmond–Lierop. The neighbourhood is therefore easily accessible and well-connected from various directions. It also has its own connection to the railway network.
At neighbourhood level, Brouwhuis has a shopping centre, situated 1.3 km’s walk or cycle from the homes. The town centre is just over 5 km away by car, but is also easily accessible without a car thanks to a public transport stop near the homes.

The homes on Lavendelheid and Rivierensingel are situated on the eastern side of the Brouwhuis neighbourhood, near the Brouwhuisse Heide, a Scots pine forest planted on cover sand and partly on drifting sand. The housing complex comprises 30 spacious semi-detached single-family homes and two semi-detached ‘detached’ homes. All homes have a garage.

Through the entrance hall (with a staircase leading to the first floor and a separate toilet), you enter the spacious living room with a semi-open-plan kitchen, which is situated at the garden/rear end of the property. The corner-style kitchen is a fully fitted kitchen, equipped with an (induction) hob, an extractor hood, a combination microwave, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher.
A door leads out into a spacious, enclosed garden, which provides access to the garage.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, fitted with a bath, a separate shower, a washbasin and a second toilet.
The second (open-plan) attic floor is accessed via a fixed staircase. Connections for a washing machine are provided here.
