Helmond is known for its many green spaces, its special architecture (think of the cube houses and the very varied housing objects in Brandevoort neighbourhood),an extensive range of shops, art and the beautiful castle. As a place to live, Helmond is also an excellent alternative for people working in nearby Eindhoven!

The Brouwhuis residential area is a formerly independent village that has become part of Helmond's built-up area due to its urban expansion. Located to the east of the centre of the city of Helmond, Brouwhuis is wedged between the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal, the N270 provincial road (Eindhoven - Well), the N279 provincial road ('s-Hertogenbosch - Horn) and the Rochadeweg, which forms the connection between the N279 and the N612 Helmond - Lierop. From various sides, the neighbourhood is therefore easily accessible/enclosed. The neighbourhood also has its own connection to the railway network.
At neighbourhood level, Brouwhuis has a shopping centre, located at 1.3 km walking or cycling distance from the homes. The town centre is more than 5 km away by car, but thanks to a public transport stop near the houses, it is also easily reached without a car.

The homes on Lavenderheid and Rivierensingel are located on the east side of the Brouwhuis neighbourhood, near the Brouwhuisse Heide, a grove-pine forest planted on top of cover sand and partly on drifting sand. The housing complex consists of 30 spacious semi-detached single-family houses and two semi-detached detached houses. All homes have a garage.

Through the entrance hall (with staircase to the first floor and a separate toilet) you reach the spacious living room with half-open kitchen, located at the garden/back of the house. The kitchen, in corner arrangement, is a full-option kitchen, equipped with an (induction) hob, extractor hood, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
A wicket door leads to a spacious, enclosed garden, which gives access to the garage.
On the 1st floor, you have access to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, separate shower, washbasin and 2nd toilet.
