The facilities
The care and support provided by HilverZorg is tailor-made care. HilverZorg discusses with you what you find important, what you can still do yourself and what your network can do for you. This way, we carry the care together.
By clustering our VPT under one roof, we can offer 24/7 alarm care for our residents. Scheduled night care is not included in this. Another advantage of clustered VPT is that we can offer confidence to people and their loved ones that they live in a safe environment with care at their fingertips. It becomes, and remains, your own place that you can make your home. Where you can meet people and where you have the freedom to pursue your own life.
Care from HilverZorg consists of:
- Medical treatment (nursing, ADL)
- Housekeeping, 45 minutes a week
- Meal service
- 24/7 alarm
- Personalised care (in consultation)
In Nieuw Kerkelanden, you can also make use of various facilities offered, where necessary at your own expense, or you can have this come on request. For example, there is a brasserie and a garden where various activities are regularly organised. There is also the possibility of receiving laundry service and having, for example, a physiotherapist, dentist hairdresser or pedicurist come.
Register
To qualify for a residence in the service flat, you must have a WLZ-VPT indication 4, 5 or 6. Without this indication, or when the safety of yourself and others is at risk, it is not possible to move into the service flat.
