't Vonder was built according to the corridor principle, which means that the flats are not located along a draughty gallery, but along a corridor with access doors to the flats on both sides. You can compare it to the set-up commonly used in hotels.
All flats are accessible via the main entrance and then via the central stairwell with lift. Visitors to the flats must first report to you via the house phone, which is installed in your home, after which further access to the corridors can be granted by means of an electric door opener. This prevents unwanted visitors from being in the stairwell or corridors. A lockable post box is provided in the main entrance for the residences.
