Are you looking for a comfortable flat where you, as a senior citizen, can live independently? At De Hooghe Camp in IJsselstein, we offer spacious and well-equipped flats for seniors aged 65 and over. Some flats have a balcony or garden and a second toilet.
What we offer:
- Facilities: There are several facilities of the adjacent residential care centre Mariënstein such as a hair salon, shop and a restaurant. You can also take part in activities and hire the multi-purpose room for parties.
- Care and safety: Each flat is connected to a Nursing Emergency System (VOS). In case of an emergency, you can make direct contact with AxionContinu care staff.
- Living comfort: The flats have an open kitchen (electric cooking), a comfortable bathroom and central heating. Internet can be connected and church services can be followed via church television. In addition, De Hooghe Camp offers quiet, green surroundings.
- Bicycle storage and extras: Bicycles can be placed in a communal bicycle shed, and for electric bicycles there is the possibility of arranging a charging point for a small monthly fee. There is also a meeting room on each floor which is accessible to everyone.

Additional information:
- Lifts: There are several lifts in the complex
- Reception: You can contact the Mariënstein reception during opening hours with your questions for reservations and the like. Reception opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 1pm.
- Service charges: You pay a monthly deposit. Once a year, you will receive a final settlement of the service costs. If necessary, the amount of the advance payment will be adjusted.
