Ektor is the subarea within Yours that is characterised by its low-rise (7 floors) and cosy studio offer. In total, the complex has 140 studios, which vary between 38 and 49 square metres of floor space. You live here compactly and conveniently.

This 50-square-metre studio stands out because of its unusual shape. The subtle partition in the living room visually creates three separate spaces. First, you have the complete kitchen, which with white cabinets, a black composite worktop and quality ATAG built-in appliances is not only beautiful but also very functional. Next, you have an open space where you create a lovely sitting area with your favourite bench and your television. Behind the wall you can then, for example, furnish your bedroom with a super comfortable bed and some cosy plants. If you use room dividers or other subtle partitions, you can further enhance the feeling of separate spaces. This way, you live wonderfully practical and uncluttered. Of course, you have a separate bathroom, equipped with a shower corner with door, a sink with shelf and mirror and a toilet.

Yours is a sustainable home. The houses are all-electric, which means there is no need for a gas connection. The flats are very well insulated. A combination of a heat pump boiler, a heat recovery ventilation system and solar panels are used for heating and energy generation.

In just five minutes you can cycle to the heart of Leiden, where you can enjoy a wonderful afternoon of shopping or a lovely evening out. Actually, Leiden has everything you need. The best way to travel in Leiden is on foot or by bike. Need to go further afield? Even then you have plenty of options, because NS railway station Lammenschans is just around the corner. Here you get on the train to Leiden Centraal or Utrecht Centraal. If you are a car owner, you can take the Lammenschansweg to the N206 for a connection to various motorways.
Amenities within walking distance
For your daily shopping, you don't have to go far. The Plus Lammenschans supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away. A little further on, you will find an Albert Heijn XL, Lidl and various international supermarkets. Don't feel like cooking? The centre of Leiden is bursting with cosy restaurants. So for a tasty lunch or sumptuous dinner, it's all up to you. There are various sports facilities in the immediate vicinity such as a fitness school, but a run through Polderpark Cronesteyn is also possible of course.
