YOURS-Ektor
Ektor is the subarea within Yours that is characterised by its low-rise buildings (7 floors) and its range of cosy studios. In total, the complex has 140 studios, varying between 38 and 49 square metres of floor space. Living here is compact and convenient.
For example, the complex has studios that have a partial partition in the living/bedroom area, allowing you to create a separate bedroom with the use of a curtain or room divider. In addition, there are also studios that are completely open, and therefore flexible and can be arranged as you see fit.
In all cases, you do have a separate bathroom so you can start your morning ritual undisturbed. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, a washbasin with mirror and a toilet. You have a modern open kitchen equipped with built-in appliances: an induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, oven with integrated microwave and fridge/freezer. The kitchen also has a spot reserved for your washing machine.
The studio is finished to a high standard in neutral colours, so with some cosy accessories and your unique taste, it makes it totally Yours!
