De Plantage
Water offers space, freedom and refreshment. And that is precisely what makes living in De Plantage so enjoyable. The water surrounding the homes is directly connected to, amongst other things, the recreational lake at the centre of the development. The green surroundings are a source of tranquillity and inspiration.

De Plantage is situated in the village of Meteren in the municipality of Geldermalsen, in the south-western part of the province of Gelderland. Here, you’ll live between the River Linge and the motorway; between town and countryside.

Part of the 108-kilometre-long River Linge flows through the municipality, and the A2 and A15 motorways also cross it. Geldermalsen borders Tiel and Culemborg, so a trip to another village is a breeze. And the city of Den Bosch is also just 25 minutes away from Geldermalsen.
Meteren

The bus station in the neighbouring village of Meteren is just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, you can catch a bus to the centre of Geldermalsen or the railway station. The village itself is also easily accessible by bike.

Geldermalsen has a lot to offer, particularly for young families. The village boasts plenty of primary schools, a comprehensive school, cultural facilities, shops, sports facilities and healthcare services.

Homes
In January 2023, the rental properties within this project were handed over to the Citadel and Bastion. The corner and terraced houses vary in location and floor area (108–116 m²).

Underfloor heating is fitted on the ground floor and first floor.

The ground floor features a spacious living room and a beautiful white corner kitchen with a composite worktop and a full range of appliances. This includes a 4-zone induction hob, a fridge-freezer, a multifunctional oven with a microwave function, an extractor hood and a dishwasher. There is also a stainless steel splashback behind the hob and a splash guard.

The bathroom is fully tiled with white tiles on the walls and anthracite-grey floor tiles. It features a walk-in shower, a single washbasin, a second toilet and an electric bathroom radiator. There are also three further bedrooms on the first floor.

The homes are fitted with a sustainable climate control system (BENG). The system consists of an air/water heat pump. This system supplies the underfloor heating in your home. It also heats the water in the storage tank. This hot water is used, amongst other things, for showering. This means that the homes are not connected to the gas mains.
The homes are also fitted with a heat recovery system.

The gardens in these new-build properties feature a fence, a tiled terrace and a path, as well as a private external storage shed.
