The flats are fitted with a sustainable climate control system. The property is heated via district heating. This system supplies the underfloor heating in your home. It also heats the water in the storage tank. This hot water is used, amongst other things, for showering. An electric towel radiator is fitted in the bathroom. This means that the property is not connected to the gas mains. The properties are also fitted with a heat recovery ventilation (HRV) system.

Each property has an external storage room on the ground floor. The size of the storage rooms varies from property to property.
