Elements of the building's architecture were inspired by the old buildings you see around Wilhelminapark in Oegstgeest. As a result, the flats resemble stately mansions lifted from ground level.

The variation in facades makes almost every house unique. The houses on the 2nd and 3rd floors in particular have a characteristic appearance due to the different roof pitches in combination with the dormer windows. Some houses have one or two skylights in the ceiling for extra daylight in the house.

Several first-floor residences have a private terrace adjacent to the communal courtyard garden.
The other residences have a balcony or terrace on the outside of the complex.
The residences on the second floor have an outdoor space on the inside of the complex, adjacent to the gallery, or a balcony on the outside of the complex.

On the third floor are the three penthouses, with the two residences on the corner each having a
very spacious roof terrace of about 25 m2. The intermediate penthouse has an outdoor space adjacent to the gallery overlooking the lower courtyard garden.


Each flat will be equipped with a very complete kitchen in a straight or corner unit. The kitchen cabinets will be finished in neutral white with a black composite countertop above.

The kitchens will be fully equipped with Pelgrim built-in appliances; being a stainless steel
gas hob with rear panel and extractor hood, a fridge-freezer combination with three drawers in the freezer compartment,
a stainless steel combination microwave oven with turboheat function and, finally, a fully integrated
dishwasher with multiple washing programmes.

The bathroom and toilet will be fitted with sanitaryware by Villeroy and Boch from the Subway 2.0 collection in white complemented by Grohe Costa taps. The walls will be finished with white glossy tiles and the floors will have anthracite-coloured tiles.
The toilet will be fitted with a wall-mounted toilet with fountain. The bathrooms will each have two washbasins
