De Gijsbrecht comprises 62 flats ranging in size from 58 m² to 86 m². The flats have one or two bedrooms and all feature an internal storage room and a private outdoor area. The flats are fitted with a central mechanical ventilation system via an MV box. Ventilation grilles are fitted in the window frames. The flats are heated by central heating radiators, which are individually metered.

Each flat features a Bruynzeel kitchen with white units and a black composite worktop. The appliances are by Siemens and consist of an induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a combination microwave oven. The comfortable bathroom has a toilet, shower and washbasin. Turning circles have been provided in various places throughout the flat to ensure wheelchair accessibility. Each flat has a sliding door between the bedroom and the living room, and a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom. The building has a lift, and the entrances are centrally accessible via the courtyard. There is also a spacious indoor cycle storage area with six charging points.
