All floors can be reached by lift. Each lift provides access to 10 flats, with two flats per floor. The flats generally have a master bedroom and a 2nd bedroom or study. The living room is always located at the front of the building, as is the spacious terrace or balcony. The kitchen, located at the rear, features a luxury full-option kitchen (i.e. with appliances). The bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower and a sink. On the ground floor, you have access to your own separate storage room.

General (public) parking is available, but not always available. We offer you the option of renting guaranteed parking space, an enclosed garage or a parking space in the closed area at the rear of the building.
