In this striking apartment block, MVGM Wonen lets out flats of various sizes and in various price ranges, spread over five floors. All floors are accessible by lift. Each lift serves 10 flats, with two flats per floor. The flats generally feature a master bedroom and a second bedroom or study. The living room is always situated at the front of the building, as is the spacious terrace or balcony. The kitchen, situated at the rear, is fitted with a luxury, fully-equipped kitchen (i.e. including appliances). The bathroom features a bath, a separate shower and a washbasin. On the ground floor, you have access to your own separate storage room.

General (public) parking is available, but not always guaranteed. We offer you the option of renting a guaranteed parking space, either a locked garage or a parking space in the enclosed area at the rear of the building.
