's-Hertogenbosch, or Den Bosch, is the provincial capital of North Brabant. With its beautiful, but above all cosy historic city centre, its good/direct accessibility by both private and public transport, with its wide range of cultural amenities, with its extensive facilities level in terms of health institutions and schools and with its many green spots in the immediate vicinity, it is an ideal place to live, work and recreate.

Imagine looking out from your flat at the front directly over the protected nature reserve 'Het Bossche Broek', where people walk and enjoy the flora and fauna. This view is guaranteed. And yet, when you step out the door, you are directly in the (sometimes busy) city life of Den Bosch. The inner city and thus a complete shopping and entertainment area right at your feet; many cosy terraces and eateries invite you to enjoy burgundy. The beautifully located complex comprises 46 flats: studios and two- or three-room flats, spread over five floors. All flats have a spacious balcony at the front, as well as a private storage room and garage behind the building or a permanent parking space in the car park at the bottom of the building.
